All Process
Understand the requirement
We deeply understand the requirement about the profile of the desired candidate through job description. The JD describes exact job specification, etc and other terms and conditions of employment.
Search process
We workout the action plan by mapping the industry. We start sourcing cv from our existing databank to meet client requirements. We also take reference from candidates.
Screening
We use competency based behavioral questioning techniques to gain a true understanding of a candidate’s analytical ability, initiating result oriented , innovativeness and communication skills. This involves holding telephonic / in person conversations to understand how strongly the candidate fit in that particular position.
Short listing and evaluation
Once the candidate is deemed suitable on the above qualification criteria, we forward their profile to the client. We prepare a summarized report and send along candidate cv.
Interview schedule
Once the candidate has been shortlisted by our client we co ordinate with client to organize interview schedule in accordance to client and candidate’s convenience. We ask both client and candidate for the feedback after every interview.
Reference check
Once the candidate is selected by our clients we conduct a reference check of the selected candidates. We contact individuals and companies who provide details of the candidate’s qualification work ethics and other relevant feedback.
Follow up
Our team undertakes a follow up with both the employer and the candidate. This is done to understand and evaluate the satisfaction level of both parties.
